The School Day

Punctuality is an important life skill to teach our children. We expect our children to be in school on time everyday. If for any reason your child cannot come to school then please contact us by telephone or email (attendance@st-peters.essex.sch.uk) as early as possible. If you require support/ advice regarding attendence then please do not hesitate to contact us!

The official school day is 8:45 - 3:15

Gates open at 8:35. Children should enter their classrooms immediately, put their things away and start early morning learning activities.

Gates will close at 8:45. Arrivals after this time will be considered late - children will need to be signed in via the main school office.

8:45 - morning registration 

8:55 -  collective worship

10:40 - 11: 00 - KS1 break time

11:00: 11:15 - KS2 break time

11:45 - 13:00 - Reception lunchtime

12:00 - 13:00 - KS1 lunchtime

12:15 - 13:15 - KS2 lunchtime

3:15 - hometime for all children
