Dear Parents, Carers, and Visitors,

On behalf of our whole school community, I would like to wish you a very warm welcome to the website of St Peter’s Primary School. My name is Chris Eynon and it is my great privilege to be the Headteacher of this vibrant, caring and inclusive school community.

Our school has proudly served the village of Sible Hedingham for over 185 years. St Peter’s is more than just a school, it is a close-knit community built on strong relationships, a supportive atmosphere and Christian values that guide all we do.  Compassion, joy and forgiveness shape our everyday interactions, inspiring us to live out our vision of ensuring “life in all its fullness” (John 10:10).

At St Peter’s, children are at the heart of everything we do. We aim to grow caring, aspirational and resilient young people with a genuine thirst for learning. Our rich and engaging Aspire Curriculum is designed to spark curiosity, celebrate individuality and encourage every child to flourish academically, socially and spiritually.

We are proud of our high-quality learning environment and extensive grounds. Our team of dedicated, experienced staff and governors work tirelessly to ensure each child feels safe, supported and inspired to reach their full potential. Our pupils are encouraged to take pride in their achievements, care for one another and grow into responsible global citizens who are ready to embrace all of life’s opportunities.
