Our School grounds

We are incredibly lucky at ST Peter's to have extensive school grounds! Our school offers:

• A lower school playground
• A large playground at the top of the school 
• A lower field with woodland areas
• An upper sports field mainly used for our Physical Activity lessons
• A nature area which includes a fire pit and a pond area - used for Forest School sessions and outdoor learning
• An outdoor gym
• A quiet reflection area 'Ruggles Retreat' named after one of the school's long standing LSAs 

We are working with the PTA to further enhance our outdoor areas. We want to develop:

• An outdoor classroom 
• A reading shed (a place to sit quietly and enjoy a good book)
• Improved playground markings 
• More outdoor seating areas
